Abstract

High temperature chemical deposition method is used for the preparation of antimonydoped activated carbon electrodes. Granular and powdered form of activated carbon electrodes were compared against the detection limit of cadmium in reference to internal diffusion resistance. The vacuum and inert gas atmosphere was also tested for the same. Relation between pH of antimony solution and detection of cadmium is optimized.
