INDIRECT BOUNDARY INTEGRAL EQUATION METHOD FOR SUBSONIC FLOW AROUND JOUKOWSKI AEROFOIL USING SOURCE DISTRIBUTION ALONE
Keywords:
Indirect boundary integral equation method, subsonic flow, Joukowski aerofoil.Abstract
In this paper, the indirect boundary integral equation method is used to compute the subsonic flow (i.e. velocity distribution) over the boundary of a Joukowski aerofoil using source distribution alone for which the exact result is present. To check the accuracy of the method; the computed flow velocity is compared to the exact result for the flow over the boundary of a joukowski aerofoil.
